Polyurea

Polyurea Linings

Polyurea is an elastomer that is similar to foam in that it uses an isocyanate and resin. When polyurea is sprayed onto a substrate, it will begin curing immediately and after only a minute it is hard to the touch but stays flexible throughout its life. Polyurea coatings can be applied to any substrate without damaging the underlying material. All of the blends that we use are water, crack, chemical, and corrosion-resistant, making it one of the most durable linings in the world. The lining that we offer come in all colors with different blends for different applications. Spray-on Foam & Coatings has been spraying polyurea since we first started in 1973, and we have in-depth knowledge of the capabilities and best application techniques. Some of the more common uses for polyurea include but are not limited to:

  • Digester tanks
  • Ponds
  • Fish holds
  • Roofs
  • Basement waterproofing
  • Holding tanks
  • Rust protection
  • Docks and Piers
  • Shooting Range
  • Concrete
  • Water Features
  • Decks
