Solutions for all membrane projects. A monolithic barrier works in place of a membrane system. This  system has been proven to be very beneficial in waterproofing, corrosion protection, and liners. With spray applied there are many different varieties of coatings to choose from. Choosing the right coating for each project is imperative. With over 4 decades of applying coating here in the pacific northwest we know what your project will be going through.

Silicone Roof Coating

, Specialty CoatingsOne of the best coatings that we offer here in the Pacific Northwest is our silicone roof coating. Silicone UV resistant ensuring that the UV rays will not decay the roof over the lifespan of the coating. Another great feature of silicone coating is the fact that it stays flexible. This ensures that it will always be protecting the roof even if the roof shape slightly alters from the temperature change. A added benefit to silicone is that it is breathable allowing air pass through but not allowing water to penetrate.  Commonly the silicone is spray applied or rolled this makes it stick to any roof substrate.

Acrylic Roof Coating

Acrylic coatings are more economical and works great for covering a polyurethane roof. Commonly it is used for low slope commercial or industrial roofs. Acrylic also works to recoat old roofs. The coating can be applied directly onto the substrate. Using methods that we have seen last for up to 30 years, we will combine the use of a specialty roofing fabric to help ensure your roof will stand up the the elements. One unique thing with acrylic is its ability to pernitrate into old or rough substrates, this then allows it to fill in each void helping to prevent water infiltration in the future.

Polyurea Liners

, Specialty CoatingsOne of the toughest liners on the market. Polyurea is a similar to what is sprayed into the bed of vehicles. There are hundreds of different polyurea giving you the option to choose the right texture, color, and characteristics. No project is the same, so with polyurea we use the knowledge we have gained over the years to find the best product that will help fit your project needs. Each polyurea blend has a distinct characteristic here is a list showing the main uses for polyurea.
